Covered by the warranty (12 months)

• Enamel detachment;

• Spontaneous cracks not caused by impact;

• Moisture seepage beneath the enamel;

• Discoloration caused by a firing or material defect;

• Visible defects that appear under normal use.

Not covered:

• Impacts and drops;

• Chips;

• Scratches;

• Use in swimming pools, the sea, or saunas, or exposure to chemicals;

• Alterations made by third parties.

Hand-applied enamel fired at high temperatures is a premium vitreous material. Each piece is inspected before delivery. The warranty exclusively covers workmanship defects, such as enamel detachment, spontaneous cracks, abnormal discoloration, or moisture seepage resulting from manufacturing defects. Damage caused by impacts, drops, improper use, exposure to harsh chemicals, or normal wear and tear is excluded from the warranty.
