Pursuant to Article 59(c) of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (Italian Consumer Code), the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized.

All products sold through elenabraccinijewelry.com are individually handcrafted and made to order upon the customer’s specific request, through a non-standardized production process involving several specialized artisans at different stages of manufacture.

Accordingly, each piece of jewelry must be considered a unique, non-serial, non-prefabricated, and non-standard product, created specifically based on the order received and, by its very nature, unsuitable for return or resale.

In light of these characteristics, the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for distance sales contracts does not apply.

By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and understood this clause, having been adequately informed in advance of the handcrafted, bespoke, and unique nature of the purchased product, and expressly accepts the exclusion of the right of withdrawal.

In any event, the statutory legal guarantee of conformity remains fully applicable pursuant to Articles 128 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code, should the product prove defective or fail to conform to the order placed.
