Gold is a valuable material, known for its malleability and high sensitivity to scratches. It is completely normal for the product to undergo changes in appearance and show signs of use over time. Furthermore, since gold is particularly soft, it is recommended not to stack creations to avoid damage: each piece of jewelry should be stored in its original box to prevent contact with other potentially abrasive objects. Finally, it is best to store the components of a set separately.
