When a piece of jewelry is made, modified, adapted, or assembled according to the customer’s specific request—for example, through the choice of size, engraving, material, finish, color, stone, medal, saint, religious subject, combination of elements, or any other individual feature selected at the time of purchase—the product is considered made to measure or clearly personalized pursuant to Article 59(1)(c) of the Italian Consumer Code.

For such personalized products, the right of withdrawal is excluded by law. The customer is informed of this exclusion before completing the order and, by confirming the purchase, acknowledges that the piece will be made or adapted specifically according to the instructions provided and therefore cannot be returned due to a change of mind, except in the event of a lack of conformity covered by the statutory warranty.
